Quotes and orders
Quotes are free and based on the documents and requirements you send. A quote states the price and delivery date and is valid for the period stated. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote. If the documents or requirements change after approval, we'll send a revised quote before continuing.
Acceptance by third parties
We prepare translations in the format you request and that is customarily accepted by the receiving authority. Each authority sets its own rules and makes its own decisions, so we cannot guarantee acceptance by any particular agency, court or institution. Please confirm requirements with the receiving authority before ordering.
Corrections
If you find an error in our translation, tell us and we'll correct it at no charge. Changes to source content or name spellings provided after delivery may be quoted separately.
