How it works
Ordering a translation takes a few minutes, and everything happens by email.
- Send your documents. Email clear scans or photos of every page to info@arabic-translator.com. Include the back of any page that has stamps or writing. For larger projects, a shared link is fine.
- Tell us what it's for. USCIS, a court, a university, a business launch? The purpose decides whether you need a certified, notarized or standard translation. Also send the English spelling of names as on the passport, and your deadline.
- Receive a free quote. We reply with a fixed price and a delivery date. There's no obligation, and the price won't change once you approve it.
- Approve and pay. Reply to approve and we'll send payment details. Work starts once the quote is approved.
- Translation and proofreading. A professional translator translates your document; it's then checked against the original for completeness, names, numbers and dates.
- Delivery. You receive your translation as a PDF by email, with the certification or notarization you need. If you spot anything to adjust, such as a name spelling, just let us know.
Tips for a quick turnaround
- Send everything at once, in one email.
- Make sure every word in your scans is readable, especially stamps and handwriting.
- Give us the exact name spellings up front.
- Mention any deadline in your first message.
